Few months ago, Nicki Minaj’s husband, KennethbPetty, was in federal custody for failing to register as a sex offender.

The United States Attorney’s Office of Los Angeles revealed that Petty surrendered to federal authorities and was taken into custody on Wednesday. 

And according to documents obtained by E! News, Petty was indicted by a grand jury for failure to register as a sex offender.

Nicki Minaj Is Not Actually Her Name:

While we know Nicki Minaj as rap queen Nicki Minaj, that is not actually her real name! The star was given this stage name, as many artists are, in order to appear more appealing to a label. In Nicki's case, she was actually born as Onika Tanya Maraj-Petty, which many fans are not aware of.
